INFORMATION
VENDOR SPACE
Vendor
space is available in our showhall, City Auditorium, 221
E. Kiowa, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903 in increments
of approximately 100 sq. feet. There are 12 vending booth
spaces in the stage/main floor of the show hall where cats
are exhibited and judging competitions are conducted.
Vending spaces will be filled as each vending
contract is received.
The deadline for reservation of vending space at
the show is April 17, 2010 or when all vending spaces are
filled.
ADVERTISING
To
support ongoing after-show sales, all RMCF vendors will be
listed in our catalog along with their phone number,
e-mail address, and website URL, if provided. In addition,
RMCF is offering catalog advertising to participating
vendors. Our show catalog will be printed 8-1/2" x
11" and in black and white. Ads must be camera ready,
and received by Dian Darr no later than
April 17, 2010. One page ads are $50 and ½
page ads $25.
PAYMENT
Vendors
will have the option to pay for vending and or advertising
with cash, check or money order. Half down is required
when space is reserved. Full payment is due no later than
April 17, 2010.
VENDING
SPACE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vending
Space:
Each
vending space will be approximately 100 sq. feet and
includes one 8-foot table and one chair. Vending Spaces
are $65/each. Additional tables are $10/each. Vendors
may bench their exhibits within their vending space for
the price of the standard entry.
Decorating:
Vending
space decorating is the responsibility of the vendor.
Vendors may furnish their own tables and chairs.
Set-Up:
Friday,
April 23, 2010,
from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Set-up on Saturday
morning before show hours is possible between 7:30 am and
8:30 am. All booths must be set up Saturday by the start
of judging at 9:00 am.
Show
Hours:
Judging
is 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 8 am to 2 pm on
Sunday.
Check-in is 7:30 am to 8:30 am on Saturday. Advertised (public) hours are
9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 8 am to 2 pm on Sunday. Show will be heavily
advertised in the newspaper and on the radio.
Teardown:
Showhall
must be vacated by 4:00 pm on Sunday night after the show
closing.
Liability
Notice:
Please
note that the Rocky Mountain Cat Fanciers and City
Auditorium shall not be liable for any loss or damage of
whatever nature or cause that may be sustained by vendors
as a result of participation in the event. It is strongly
suggested that vendors have proper insurance protection.
Please check the requirements of the State of Colorado and
City of Colorado Springs concerning the collection of
sales tax at this function.
Rules
And Regulations:
This
show is governed by the CFA and Rocky Mountain Cat
Fanciers show rules, which will be enforced.

ONLY
domestic felines are allowed in the show hall. All
felines must be at least 4 months of age.
|
|
|
NO
filled balloons of any type allowed.
|
|
|
Radios,
TVs, VCRs and electronic display signs are allowed
but volume may be restricted by show manager.
|
|
|
Distribution
of brochures, pamphlets and leaflets is limited to
the top of cages.
|
|
|
Anyone
soliciting a product or service must have a vending
space contract.
